I've had both sound baths and Reiki sessions with Melissa at The Scented Balance, and both were excellent. She is kind, she knows what she's doing, and her space feels welcoming the minute you walk in. Her approach is trauma informed, which made it easy to settle in and actually let go. The sound bath left me quiet and clear in a way that stayed with me for days, and the Reiki sessions was just as grounding. I'd send anyone her way.

I had knee surgery 2 months ago and I still have been dealing with knee pain on my knee cap. I used a topical cream on both knees and it felt amazing. I walked without pain the next day and no longer had to use the rail to climb stairs. Amazing!

Melissa is a kind soul with a beautiful spirit. She made me feel like I was special. She listened to me and offered comforting advice. I had a Reiki session with her, and she did that, and so much more. I will be seeing her regularly.
