The experience weaves together Reiki with tuning forks, an ionizing detox foot spa, and a grounding mat session to support relaxation and nervous system harmony. Many people leave feeling calmer, more centered, and deeply at ease, with a renewed sense of clarity and comfort. All you need to do is arrive, get comfortable, and rest.

Reiki (also known as energy calming and healing touch) sessions are ideal for physical pains, emotional pains, upcoming events/situations, stress relief, general dis-ease, chakra clearing, chakra balancing and many other situations. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. As a certified Reiki practitioner, I use my hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. I offer both hands on and hands off services and includes the use of tuning forks.

This non-invasive biofeedback scan takes just a few minutes and highlights areas where your body may be seeking additional support. The results help guide personalized recommendations for essential oils, supplements, and tinctures tailored to your needs. Please allow approximately 45 minutes to review your findings together; a copy of your scan results will be emailed to you after your appointment.
